Days Off 🏖️

Every employee at Coverflex has the standard yearly PTO allowance outlined below.

• You have 25 days of vacation per year;
• You can enjoy your birthday and your kids' birthdays off too;
• You have both Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve just for you;
• You will also be entitled to 3 caring days per year. You are allowed to take these days whenever you work on side projects that support causes with a positive impact on our society. Additionally, you can use these days as Menstrual Leave.

<aside> 🇮🇹 In Italy, you have 104 hours per year you can use as Permesso Retribuito. The platform only allows for half or full days, but please always clarify in the Notes how many hours you’ll be taking.

Holidays 🎃

Since we are a Remote First company, you will enjoy the local holidays where you live. For instance, if you live in Lisbon, you will enjoy the Santo António holiday, but if you live in Barcelona, you will get to enjoy La Mercè. If your holiday isn’t in the calendar, let @Marisa Mercês know.

How to schedule days off?

As our team grows, we need to attend to business needs. There will be the need to analyse your vacation time with your manager to make sure that our operation never stops and that we have what it takes to keep our customers satisfied.
