We want to make it easier for companies to unlock more value when compensating their employees and create a simple way for them to manage all the processes associated with compensation, while also educating both managers and employees.
We're building a way for employees to have options, empowering them to create a custom compensation package that helps optimise the value they receive and improve their quality of life. Ultimately, they can get more without the company spending more money or time.
We want to reach 1 million employees, impacted by Coverflex, by the end of 2025!
